ABOUT ME

I am a personal trainer based at Les Mills Hamilton City, New Zealand with an MSc in Human Performance and Sports Science and a BSc in Physical Education.

I have been involved in sports from a young age. As a sprinter, I set a 100m record at the provincial level. On several occasions, I represented my province at thenational level in China.

For 14 years I lectured at the Xi'An Institute of Physical Education, China. During this time I developed a Strength and Conditioning program for my department and I was a specialist coach for sprints and hurdles. Being selected as a National Technical Official for the 2008 Beijing Olympics and Paralympic Games has been the highlight of my career so far.

WHAT I DO

PERSONAL TRAINING

Typically weekly based training sessions at Les Mills (membership required) for 1/2 to 1 hour depending on your goals.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

I offer a tailored 6-12 week periodized program aligned with your sport's season and your available conditioning training time. Choose between gym-based or off-site training options.

NUTRITION PLANS

Nutrition is crucial for health and performance. I prioritize practical, achievable food plans based on a strong understanding of nutrition to simplify reaching fitness goals.
